This is a dinner you absolutely don't want to miss! Master Sommelier Laura Williamson, one of just 35 women Masters in the world, is teaming up with WINE NWA and chef Daniel Ernce to take over Conifer on April 3 and 4. This dinner will offer a curated seven-course menu from chef Daniel, which will be reflective of seasonal, Spring produce. In addition, Laura Williamson MS will be pouring exclusive wines, hand-selected from her collection, which cannot be found in the state of Arkansas! Don't miss your chance to indulge in fine food, fine wine, and excellent company. This event seeks to engage the local foodies and wine geeks alike, to come together and foster a community of food and wine lovers. 

Please be aware, as this is a set menu, changes and substitutions are politely declined. This dinner will be 100% gluten free.  

Chef Daniel Ernce, originally from Missouri, has recently moved to NWA and is putting down roots within the community. With a background in fine dining, Daniel has helmed his own restaurant, worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S. and Europe, and is now continuing his career hosting curated dinners, pop-ups, and private events in the area at locations including Conifer, Blake St. House, and others. Chef Daniel brings a creative approach to dining, with a focus on seasonality, locality, and vegetables.
